Myrcene

   Aroma: Earthy, musky, and herbal, with notes of mango.

   Medicinal Effects: Believed to promote relaxation and sleep, myrcene is also suggested to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

 

Limonene

   Aroma: Citrusy, reminiscent of lemon and orange peels.

   Medicinal Effects: Often associated with mood elevation and stress relief. It's also said to have antifungal and antibacterial properties.

 

Caryophyllene

   Aroma: Spicy, peppery, with a woody undertone.
